Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. extra lean beef, sliced thin (can use turkey, pork or any other lean meats that you prefer)
- 1/2 tsp. liquid woodsmoke flavoring
- 4 drips tabasco sauce

Step 1
Combine and coat meat with mixture. Marinate 6 to 12 hours in container with tight lid in the refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Dry in a dehydrator. Yields about 1/4 lb.
