Cook onions in salad oil just until tender
- 4 - 6 onions, diced (saute in oil)
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 regular can tomato sauce
- 3 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 4 - 6 tbsp. worcestershire (to taste)
- 5 - 7 tbsp. chili powder (to taste)
- 1 - 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 10 large russet baking potatoes (7 lbs)
- 8 tbsp. (1 stick) + 1 tbsp. unsalted
- butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
