Old Fashioned Goulash

Cook macaroni or rotini according to package directions
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 diced yellow onion
- 1 lb. rotini or macaroni noodles
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 8 oz. can tomato paste
Bacon Cheese Potatoes (slow cooked)

Line crockpot with foil, leaving enough to cover the potatoes when finished
- 1/4 lb. bacon, diced
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- green onions
Grilled Chicken Salad

Pile an equal amount of salad mix on four plates
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced into strips and seasoned with spices of your choice
- 1 bag pre-washed salad mix
- 1 14 oz. can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 4 tbsp. low-fat shredded cheese
- fat-free salad dressing of your choice
Peanut Butter Bars

Line a jelly roll pan with foil and butter the foil; set aside
- TOPPING:
- 3 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large Hershey chocolate bars

- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury crescent rolls

Sweet and Sour Chicken

Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees
- Chicken Coating:
- 3 - 4 boneless chicken breasts
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Sweet and Sour Sauce:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
BLT Macaroni Salad

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 5 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Chocolate Ice Crispy Pie Sundae

Butter 9" pie plate. Place chocolate syrup and semi-sweet chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl
- 1/2 cup hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1/3 cup hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 4 cups (1 qt.) ice cream (any flavor)
- additional hershey's chocolate syrup
Guacamole

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to the consistency desired
- 2 large avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 tbsp. green onions
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic or 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder

- 15 oz. Italian style tomato sauce
- 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes with
- Italian herbs
- 6 oz. can tomato paste with roasted
- garlic
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
