- 1/2 teaspoon GRATED onions
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 1 VACCUM PACKED pork roast
- 2 * CAN GOLDEN MUSHROOM SOUP
- 2 * CAN water
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 package * MARINATE
Potato Casserole

- 1/2 cup CHOPPED onions

- 1 * CAN CR. OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 cup SHREDDED cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs

- 6 CHOPPED green onions
- 2 * BOXE MELBA CRACKERS

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup MELTED butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 UNBAKED pie shell
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Pepper Steak

Brown meat in hot oil in large heavy skillet
- 1 pound beef, tender, cut in strips
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, medium
- 1 cup cut green beans, raw or frozen
- 1 green pepper, small, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3/4 cup liquid, juice from mushrooms plus water
- salt and pepper
- 1 4 oz. can mushrooms
- pimentos, for garnish
German Chocolate Caramel Squares

COMBINE CARAMELS AND 1/2 CUP MILK UNTIL CARAMELS ARE MELTED
- 14 * 0Z (1 PACKAGE) KRAFT CARAMELS
- 1/2 cup * EEPORATED MILK
- 1 package * GERM.CHOC. CAKE MIX
- 3/4 cup MELTED butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup CHOPPED pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 pint milk
- 1 pint * WHISKEY

- 1 pound * GROUNG BEEF
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 * MEDIUM CHOPPED onion
- 1 CHOPPED * BELL PEPPER
- 1/2 * BAG CRUNCHED saltine crackers
Minestrome Soup

Slice sausage about 1/2" thich; brown in oil in deep sauce pan or dutch oven
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Diced onions
- 1 clove garlic, Finely minced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 teaspoon crumbled basil
- 2 zucchini, (small), sliced
- 1 16 oz. can italian pear tomatoes, chopped, undrained
- 2 10 oz. cans beef flavored bouillon, (or 3 beef bouillon cubes plus 1 1/2 cups hot water)
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 16 oz. can Great Northern beans, undrained
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped fresh
