- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 pint milk
- 1 pint * WHISKEY
- 1 ounce rum

Step 1
SEPARATE EGGS. BEAT EGG WHITES. ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR TO WHITES AFTER BEATING THEM VERY STIFF.
BEAT EGG YOLKS AND ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR TO THEM WHILE BEATING. MIX YOLKS AND WHITES TOGETHER.
THEN STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIATES. BEST IF YOU LET SIT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS.
