COOK SPAGHETTI. IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT BUTTER AND OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound SHELLED AND DEVEINED shrimp
- 1 clove MINCED garlic
- 1/3 cup GRATED Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
White Chili

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces
- 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 2 onions, medium, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 14 oz. cans chicken broth
- 4 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz. can cannellini beans, drained and mashed
- 1 4 ounce green chiles
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- sour cream
- cilantro, chopped, fresh
Asparagus Pea Casserole

- 1 * CAN (LESUER) peas
- 1 * CAN CUT UP asparagus
- 1 * CAN MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1/2 cup GRATED cheese
- 1 * SM CAN FRIED ONION RING BITS
Walnut Crescents

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup * SHORTNING
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups PLAIN flour
- 1/2 cup CHOPPED walnuts
- confectioners sugar
Vegetable Soup

CHOP STEW BEEF INTO SMALL PIECES AND BOIL WITH ONIONS FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR
- 2 pounds * STEW BEEF
- 1/2 gallon water
- 2 packages * MIXED VEGTABLES
- 1 * LG CAN tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 * MEDIUM CHOPPED onions
- 1 DICED celery stalk
- 1 * CAN TOMATOES
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1 DICED carrot
Strawberry Salad with Pretzels

- 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 3 oz. packages strawberry jello
- 2 10 oz. packages frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup melted margarine
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
Veal

- 1 * 2 LB CAN IMPORTED TOMATOES
- 8 slices veal
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- * TO TASTE salt and pepper
- 1/4 pound CUT IN THIN SLICES * MOZZERELLA CHEESE
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves FINELY MINCED garlic
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1/4 cup * PARMESIAN CHEESE
Amaretto

BOIL SUGAR, WATER AND LEMOND RIND FOR 20 MINUTES
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 lemon rind
- 3 ounces brandy
- 6 teaspoons almond extract
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons * CHOCOLATE EXTRACT
- 1 * FIFTH 100 PR. VODKA
Summer Lime Chicken Breast W/ Stir Fry Brocolli

1. Mix all ingredients for the lime marinade together in a medium bowl
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless 1/2 lb. ea.
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 limes, juice of
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 6 yellow peppers
- 6 red peppers
- 6 orange peppers
- 4 cups fresh broccoli
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- garlic powder
Tuna Noodle Salad
