Lemon Supreme Special

MIX CAKE MIX, SUGAR, OIL AND NECTAR TOGETHER
- 1 package DUNCAN HINES * LEMON SUPREME CAKE MIX
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup * CRISCO OIL
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup * POWERED SUGAR
- 1 JUICE ONLY lemon
Salmon Fillets with Lemon Sauce

In Saucepan, combine the lemon juice, margarine, onion, salt and pepper, brown sugar, and mustard
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon light margarine, stick form
- 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pound salmon fillets, skinned and cut into 4 pieces
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- salt, as desired
- pepper, as desired
Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

MIX CREAM CHEESE, VANILLA, AND SUGAR
- 2 packages * CRESCENT ROLLS
- 2 * 8 OZ cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- CHOPPED NUTS AND sugar
Chicken with Durkee's

Melt margarine in large pan
- 3 whole chickens, cut in half
- 1 pound margarine
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 10 oz. jars Durkee's Dressing
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 quart water, maybe a little more
- salt and pepper to taste
Salmon Croquettes

- 1 * CAN salmon
- 1 * MED CHOPPED onion
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 * SLEAVE CRUMBLED SALTINES
- * TO TASTE pepper

MIX 1ST FIVE INGREDIENTES AND SET ASIDE
- 1 package (SMALL) * MARSHMELLOWS
- 1 * LG. CAN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
- 1/4 pound BROKEN pecans
- 1 pound WHITE OR GREEN grapes
- 1 * LG. CAN WHITE CHERRIES
- 4 * EGG YOLKS
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 JUICE ONLY lemon
- 1/2 pint cream
Sheppard's Pie

Brown ground beef and add onion and cook until tender
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, medium, chopped
- 1 15 oz. can English peas and carrots
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 cups potatoes, mashed
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated

- 1 package active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups 110 TO 115 DEGREES water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup UNCOOKED rice
- 1 * CAN CONDENSED MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 * CAN CONDENSED CHICKEN-RICE SOUP
- 1 cup water
