Spanish Chicken

Season chicken with salt, pepper, & paprika
- 2 pounds meaty chicken pieces
- salt and pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered saffron
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup canned or frozen peas
- 8 to 10 green olives, sliced
Russian Tea

BOIL WATER WITH CLOVES. ADD TEA BAGS, TURN OFF HEAT AND LET SIT FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR

Sausage and Bean Dinner

BROWN sausage in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat; remove sausage, and set aside
- 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 onion, medium, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 14 oz. cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 16 oz. can pink beans, drained
- 1 16 oz. can pinto beans, drained
- 1 15 oz. can Great Northern beans, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl combine cream; cheese and mayonnaise; mix well
