CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 squares of chocolate (melted and cooled)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
PECAN SANDIES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup white sugar for decoration
KATHLEEN'S BUTTER COOKIES

In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and egg together
- Glaze icing:
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- Green food coloring, if desired
- Colored sprinkles, if desired
FUDGY MOCHA BROWNIES

Heat oven to 350°F. In a bowl combine 1 cup flour and sugar in medium bowl
- 1 1/4 cups unsifted flour, divided
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur or 1 teaspoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tablespoon hot water
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- Chocolate Frosting (optional)
OATMEAL ON THE GO BARS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup milk (any kind of milk — rice, almond, soy, cow’s — will work)
- 3 tablespoons agave
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, blueberries, and/or cherries)
- 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts, sunflower seeds, and/or pepitas)
ROCKY ROAD POPCORN

Put the oil and popping corn into a large saucepan
- 2 Tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2/3 cup popping corn
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup instant hot cocoa mix
- 1 1/4 cups miniature marshmallows

In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 2 Tablespoon vanilla extract or anise
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- For chocolate: same as above plus -
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon more baking powder
LEMON ICING

- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
