CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 squares of chocolate (melted and cooled)
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Alternate in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar. Roll and shape into balls. Place on greased pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
