PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees C (175 degrees C)
- 1 (16 ounce) package pound cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- can add cheesecake pudding to filling mix
PEANUT BUTTER STRIPED DELIGHT

Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish
- 35 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
- 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups plus 2 Tablespoons cold milk, divided
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 2 packages (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
CREAM CHEESE COOKIES (CAKE MIX)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Cream butter and cream cheese
- 1 box cake mix (any flavor)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional depending on flavor)
- 1 cup any add-ins (flavored chips, candy, nuts etc. (I added 12 oz. semi-sweet chips)
BANANA COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix all ingredients together
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup oleo
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup milk
- 5 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
BUDWEISER BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

Put everything except the blue cheese into a large bowl, mix well
- 1 PINT HEAVY MAYONNAISE
- 1/3 CUP BUTTERMILK
- 1 LARGE SWIG OF BUDWEISER
- 1 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER
- 1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
- 1/2 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED PARSLEY

GRILLED CHORIZO BURGERS WITH GRILLED TOMATO AND CHEDDAR
