- 4 cups powdered sugar
- Heavy whipping cream add to desired consistency

- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Argo® Baking Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
- FROSTING:
- 1/3 cup butter OR margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Karo® Light Corn Syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- Dash salt
- 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
