HEAT oven to 400°F. COMBINE first 5 ingredients
- 2 cups chopped leftover roasted turkey
- 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons water
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Almond Extract
- 12 drops neon green food coloring
- 1 bottle (2 liters) lemon-lime soda, chilled

- Butt Roast:
- (4- to 5-lb.) boneless pork shoulder roast (Boston butt)

- CORN SALSA:
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1/3 cup chopped purple onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons plus 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, or quick-cooking (not instant) oats, divided
