Place chicken in a large bowl
- 4 4 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup thawed frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 1 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 1 1 medium sweet orange pepper, julienned
- 1 1 1 medium sweet yellow pepper, julienned
- 1 1 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 4 4 flour tortillas (10 inches)
- 1 1 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 2 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 1 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, optional
The Perfect Apple Crisp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Topping:
- 10 cups all-purpose apples, peeled, cored and sliced (I used about 6 Granny Smith apples)
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

- 1 tsp grainy mustard

- flat-leaf parsley
- grated cheese (handful)
- 1/4 vegetable bouillon cube

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 (32-ounce) package frozen seasoned potato nuggets

- 1 onion, diced

- 2 tsp. Olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 portobello mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 beef t-bone steaks (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
- 2 Tbsp.brown sugar
- 2 tbsp.flour
- 1 cup hot mashed potatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 small cantaloupes, halved, seeded, and chilled
