  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup manchego, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • pepper to taste
