Roast Beef Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and saute until tender, about 5-7 minutes
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 onion (sliced)

- 2 slices swiss or provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon gravy

Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich

- 1/4 cup cooked warm chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise, optional

- 1 tablespoon green or red onion, sliced or diced
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled, room temperature

Pork Chop Casserole

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (cream of celery or chicken work good too)

Mushroom Sausage Strata
