Strawberry Bread

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 3 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Ham 'n' Turkey Rollups

A mixture of cream cheese and peppers with ham and turkey deli slices are rolled up in flour tortillas - super easy
- 1 (8-ounce) container garlic-and-herb whipped cream cheese spread
- 1/2 cup chopped bottled roasted red bell peppers
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves, firmly packed
- 12 ounces lean deli ham, sliced
- 12 ounces deli turkey breast, sliced
Cracker Pie

Prick bottom of pie crust several times with a fork
- 1 deep dish pie shell
- 16 saltine crackers, crushed
- 15 ounce can fruit cocktail of your choice, well drained
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Creamy Ham Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 ounces medium egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups chopped cooked ham
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Copycat Cracker Barrel Coke Cake

Cake:. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup cola, beverage
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- First Frosting
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- Second Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 9 tablespoons cola, this should be the remaining cola left in a 12oz can
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
Layered Pumpkin Dessert

Layer 1: Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup pecans together
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup plus 1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
- 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 3 cups Whipped topping, divided
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 3 sm pkgs. White chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 - 15 oz can Pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin spice
Copycat Pizza Hut's Pizza Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 C. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- One eighth tsp. black pepper
- 1 whole bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Greek Style Ribs

Use a 4-quart slow cooker
- 4 pounds pork spareribs (you can also use beef ribs)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground anis
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 4 cloves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- (OPTIONAL, if desired: 1/2 cup orange juice)
Easy Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 pound Italian sausage (I prefer hot, but mild or sweet also work)
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, cored and diced (or 1 jar of roasted red peppers,
- drained and diced)
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- (optional topping: thinly sliced green onions)
One Dish Beef Stroganoff

Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound), cut into very thin strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Beef Broth or Swanson® Beef Stock
- 6 ounces sliced mushrooms (about 2 cups)
- 3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- fresh parsley, chopped
