Gooey Dump Cake Recipe

Pour cherry pie filling in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz) (drained)
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
Sausage and Spinach Penne Skillet Supper

Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot and add in the sausage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound Italian-style turkey sausage, casings removed (I couldn’t find turkey sausage so I substituted mild pork sausage)
- 3 medium garlic cloves, minced finely
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, rinsed and chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces (about 3 1/2 cups) penne pasta
- 1 (6-ounce) bag baby spinach
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
Panera Bread Broccoli Cheese Soup

Saute onion in butter. Set aside
- 1 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1/4 C. melted butter
- 2 C. Half & Half
- 2 C. chicken stock
- 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
