Five-Spice Chicken Wings

Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections
- 3-1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce or additional soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 medium limes, cut into wedges
Layered Doritos Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (family size) bag Doritos, any flavor (I used Nacho Cheese)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 package low sodium taco seasoning (or homemade taco seasoning)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheese , (I used tex mex blend or cheddar)
- Optional toppings
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Olives
- Sour Cream
Zesty Ham and Cheese Muffins

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded process cheese (Velveeta)
- 5 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3-1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chipped Beef

Place beef in a medium bowl and add enough warm water to cover
- 2 (2-1/2-ounce) jars sliced dried beef, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices white bread, toasted and cut in half diagonally
Restaurant Style Chinese BBQ Ribs

Fit ribs in the liner of electric pressure cooker
- 1 rack meaty baby back ribs
- 8 oz water
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 slice fresh ginger, smashed
- 1 piece star anise -OR- 1/4 tsp 5-spice powder
- 1/2 cup commercial Chinese BBQ sauce
Chicken Pot Pie with Herb and Cheddar Crust

Heat oven to 425°F. Remove pie crusts from pouches; unroll 1 crust in ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate
- Crust
- 1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- Filling
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables (from 12-oz bag)

- 2 eggs
- 6 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1/8")
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
