Maple Pecan Pie

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 unbaked Perfect Pie Crust
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup good honey
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 extra-large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon bourbon, such as Maker's Mark
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 1/2 cups whole pecan halves (9 ounces)
French Onion Salisbury Steaks

Combine ground meat, parsley, scallion, salt and pepper
- 1 + 1/4 lb. ground Chuck
- 1/4 cup fresh Parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons Scallions, minced
- 1 tsp. Kosher or Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cups Onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoons Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1/4 cup dry Red Wine
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher or Sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 4 teaspoons fresh Parsley, minced
- 4 tsp. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Cheese Toasts
- 4 slices French or Italian bread or baguette, cut diagonally (1/2″ thick)
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- Pinch of Paprika
- 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
Whole Chicken in a Slow Cooker

Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl
- Rub Ingredients
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 lbs roasting or fryer chicken
- 1 cup chopped onion, approx 1 medium to large onion
- 4-5 carrots, scrubbed, no need to peel, chopped in halves or thirds
- 4 celery stalks, cut in thirds
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 1 lemon quartered

- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese, + 1/2 cup for topping
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Small bunch of green onions, sliced
- Corn flakes

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 10-inch or 9 1/2-inch glass deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz)
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (3 1/2 oz)
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Mix the peaches and preserves and place them into the pie crust
- 2 cups peaches (sliced and peeled)
- 3 tablespoons peach preserves (I used apricot)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pie crust
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
Southern Lady Brownies

BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack in center of oven
- Icing:
- 1 1/2 cups butter ( I prefer unsalted)
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Icing:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 squares or 2oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons milk or half and half
- dash of salt
- pecan halves for top of brownie
Aussie Chicken

Sprinkle and rub the chicken breasts with seasoning salt
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness (sometimes it is easier to filet them, instead)

- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 cup regular mustard
- 1/4 to one third cup honey
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
