Herbed Chicken Pot Pie With Bacon

Heat the butter in a pan until melted over medium-low in a cast iron skillet or other oven-safe skillet
- 1 package puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons butter,low sodium if available
- 4 ounces bacon, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 6 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 5 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons
- fresh marjoram,chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- sea salt, to taste
- freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Olive Garden Breadsticks

Dissolve the sugar and yeast in the warm water and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes
- 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp.active dry yeast
- 1 C. + 1 Tbs. warm water

- 1/4 C. (1/2 stick) butter, softened

Cheesy Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 3-quart baking dish with no-stick cooking spray; set aside
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 4 cloves garlic, grated or very finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes (about 6 medium), peeled and cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese or cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
