Family Favorite Crockpot Potatoes

Clean, peel and slice potatoes
- To taste:
- 6-8 potatoes
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 can chicken and mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- onion powder or 1 onion
- salt and pepper
- Velveeta cheese
- ham or sausage
Deep-Dish Taco Squares

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (1 small)
- 2 tablespoons Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package) 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles
Knockoff Cheez-Its

Preheat oven to 350˚. Put everything except the milk in a food processor
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz) grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened and cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup (90 g) flour, plus more for dusting
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon milk
Chipotle-Turkey Cheeseburgers

Heat greased grill to medium-high heat
- 6 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, divided
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 6 KRAFT Singles
- 6 sesame seed hamburger buns
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
Old Fashioned Ham Salad

Ham Salad is my favorite way to use up leftover ham
- GARNISH:
- 2 cups ham, fat trimmed off and diced
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish (You could use Dill pickle relish instead if you prefer)
- Butter crackers
- Swiss cheese slices, cut into squares
Frosted Apple Slab Pie

For pastry, in a large bowl, combine flour, the 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and the salt
- Powdered Sugar Icing:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 6 cups peeled, cored, and thinly sliced cooking apples (2- 1/4 pounds)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg or 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 egg white, beaten
- Freshly grated nutmeg or ground nutmeg (optional)
- Powdered Sugar Icing
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
Pineapple Korean BBQ Chicken

Mix everything in a freezer bag and marinate for an hour
- 1 pound chicken breast (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup gochujang
- 5 cloves garlic (grated)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 1 small onion (grated)
- 1 cup pineapple pieces & their juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted and crushed)

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup white wine or apple cider
- 2 2 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 2 2 bay leaves
- 5 5 5 whole peppercorns
- 1-1/3 1-1/3 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour

Soy Sweet Pork Chops

- 2 tablespoons bottled hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 one-inch thick center-cut pork chops, trimmed of visible fat
Refried Bean and Cheese Dip

- 1 can (16 oz each) Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans
- 1 can (15 oz each) Ranch Style Beans, undrained
- 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 pkg (8 oz each) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Tortilla chips, optional
