Southern Tomato Slab Pie

Place the flour, salt, and sugar in a food processor
- Crust
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup cold butter, cut into cubes (2 sticks)
- 6-8 tablespoons cold milk
- Filling
- 2 cups Borden® Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shreds
- 2 cups Borden® Four Cheese Mexican Shreds
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup sliced basil ribbons, julienne
- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced

All-Purpose Pork Shoulder

Rinse the pork, place on a cutting board, pat dry with paper towels and rub in the salt and pepper
- 1 3-to-4-pound boneless pork shoulder (or 4 1/2-pound bone-in pork shoulder)
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced or pressed through a garlic press
- 1/2 cup dry white wine

- 1 (30-ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend

Line unpricked pastry shells with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil
- 2 unbaked pastry shells (9 inches)
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning, divided
- 2/3 cup salsa
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
Sausage Fajita Breakfast Casserole

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 3 c. Southern-style frozen hashbrowns (these are small cubed potatoes, and the amount is approximate)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into short strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into short strips
- 1 jalapeño, seeds and ribs removed, finely diced (optional)
- 1 red onion, cut into short strips
- 12 oz. Farmland breakfast sausage links, sliced into 1" pieces
- 1 tsp. kosher salt, divided
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- a few grinds of black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Mexican blend shredded cheese

Thai Chicken Burgers

Heat oven to 350°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can; keep warm
- 1 can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 ct)
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 2/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 cup Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 4 1/2 teaspoons hot chili sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Chinese (napa) cabbage
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 2 inch pieces (you can peel them but I never do - I love red potato skins in my mashed potatoes!)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or plain greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 48 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg.(3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 2 fresh peaches, peeled, chopped
