Baked Spaghetti Casserole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 pound ground chicken beef or turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons ground oregano
- 1 32 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Golden Grits Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup white or yellow grits
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter, softened
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the oil in a 2 quart pot over medium - low heat (closer to medium than low)
- 1 recipe Quick Bread Dough -or- Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
- 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 8 small brownies
Lemon Pepper-Ranch Chicken

Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray
- 4 -Boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
- 3-tablespoons reduced-fat or regular ranch dressing
- 1-cup Progresso® lemon pepper panko crispy bread crumbs
- 2-tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- Fresh parsley, if desired

Spread tater tots in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish Layer meat evenly across the top of the tater tots
- 1 32 oz. bag frozen tater tots
- 3 cups chopped ham (fully cooked - turkey sausage works great too!)
- 1 dozen eggs
- 8oz bag of shredded cheese (any flavor)
Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Coarsely chop together the rosemary, sage and thyme, and transfer them to a small bowl
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
- 3 tablespoons fresh sage leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- One 5- to 6-pound boneless pork shoulder with a fat cap
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 4 large carrots, cut into rough 1-inch chunks
- 4 celery ribs, cut into 2-inch-long pieces
- 1 large onion, trimmed but left intact at the root end, cut into eighths
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 to 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Buttered egg noodles, for serving

- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons dark Asian sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 bag (16 ounces) shredded coleslaw mix
- 1/2 bag (10 ounces) shredded carrots

Butter a deep (11x7x3-inch) baking dish
- 5 to 6 slices of rye bread, divided
- 3/4 pound thinly sliced corned beef or pastrami (shaved)
- 1 cup rinsed and well-drained sauerkraut
- 3/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
Stuffed Pork Roast with Herb Seasoned Artichoke & Mushroom Stuffing

Heat the oven to 400°F. Heat the butter and oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 medium green onions, chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
- 2 cans (14 ounces each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 cans (8 ounces each) mushrooms, pieces and stems, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 package (14 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
- 1 center-cut boneless pork loin roast, butterflied (5 to 7 pounds)
