- 2 3/4 Cups of Water
- 1 Cup of Corn Meal
- 1 Cup of Cold Water
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp of Sugar

- 1/4 C Beer

Pistachio/Pineapple Salad

- 1 Small Package of Pistachio Instant Pudding
- 1 Large Can of Crushed Pineapple
- 9 oz of Cool Whip
- Pecans and Cherries to taste

- 1/2 Stick of Soft Butter
- 4 oz (1/2 block) Cream Cheese softened
- 2 C 10X Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla

- 1/2 Cup of Toasted Walnut

Grandma's Recipe
- 1 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup of Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup of Burgandy Wine
- 2 Onions sliced
- 1 Carrot sliced
- 1 Stalk Celery, Chopped
- Several Springs of Parsley
- 6 Tbsp of Flour
- 1/2 Cup of Crushed Gingersnaps
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Whole Allspice
- 4 Whole Cloves
- 1 Tbsp of Salt
- 1 Tbsp of Pepper
- 4 lbs of Chuck Pot Roast (Uncooked)
- 1/3 Cup of Oil or Fat
- 1 Tbsp of Sugar
- Serve with Potato Dumplings (separate recipe)
Swiss Chard

Prepare Swiss Chard into small pieces by cutting stalks into 1" pieces
- 2 lbs of Swiss Chard
- 2 Garlic Cloves cut up
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Celery Seed
- 1/8 tsp Coarse Ground Pepper
- 1 Tbsp of Capers

Mocha Brownie Torte

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees; Grease 2 round 9" Cake Pans Blend Brownie Mix, Water, Eggs
- 1 Package of Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1/4 C Water
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C Chopped Nuts
- 1 1/2 C Whipping Cream
- 1/3 C Brown Sugar Packed
- 1 Tbsp Instant Coffee
- Shaved Chocolate

- 1/2 lb of Cheddar Cheese Diced
- 4 Eggs Separated
- Master White Sauce
- 2 Tbsp of Butter
- 2 Tbsp of Flour
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1 Cup of Milk, 1/2 and 1/2, or Cream
