Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 C Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Chopped Nuts
  • 1 1/2 C Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 C Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 Tbsp Instant Coffee
  • Shaved Chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees; Grease 2 round 9" Cake Pans

Blend Brownie Mix, Water, Eggs.

Stir in Nuts. Spread Batter in Pans. Bake 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Turn onto cake racks. Whip Cream until thick. Gradually add Brown Sugar and Instant Coffee. Continue until stiff. Fill Layers with 1 Cup of Frosting. Frost Sides and Top of cakes with remaining cream. Sprinkle Shaved Chocolate on Top. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
