Combine Sugar, Cornstarch, and Water and cook over medium heat until thick
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp of Cornstarch
- 1 Cup of Water
- 3 1/2 Tbsp of Blackberry Jello
- 4 Cups of Fresh Blackberries
- 1 9" Baked Pie Shell
- Whipped Cream (Optional)
Zucchini Fritatta

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 C Chopped Onion
- 1 C Shredded Zucchini
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 3 Eggs beaten (at room temperature)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup (4 oz) Shredded Swiss Cheese
Corn Pudding

Blend Oleo and Flour in bowl
- 2 Tbsp of melted Oleo
- 2 Tbsp of Flour
- 1 - 17oz can of Cream Corn
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 3/4 tsp of Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 Cup of Milk
Jimmy Dean Sausage Cheese Balls

Mix all ingredients. Form 1 inch balls
- 2 lbs of Jimmy Dean Sausage (uncased)
- 1 1/2 Cups of Bisquick
- 4 Cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Finely Chopped Celery
- 1/2 Cup of Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder

Winter Squash Cheese Casserole

Cook Squash. In a skillet melt butter over medium high heat
- 2 lbs of Winter Squash cut into 1" cubes
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Onion
- 2 Cups (8 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup of Milk
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Cup soft Bread Crumbs
- Ground Nutmeg to taste
Easy Potato Casserole

- 4 Medium Sized Potatoes, Cooked, Peeled, and diced
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Cup of Regular Milk (Not Fat Free)
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- Paprika for sprinkling on Top

- 1 1/2 lbs of Bulk Pork Sausage (not in skins, your choice of type)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sage
- 1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
- 4 Cups of Water
Sweet and Sour Sauce
