Honey Ginger Carrots

Melt Oleo (or Butter) in a skillet Add Honey, Brown Sugar, and Ginger Heat Stir until bubbly Add Carrots
- 2 Tbsp of Oleo
- 2 Tbsp of Honey
- 2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Ginger
Bread Stuffing

In large skillet cook and stir Onion and Celery in Butter until Onion is tender
- 3/4 Cup Minced Onion
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery (Stalks and Leaves)
- 1 Cup Butter or Oleo
- 9 Cups Fresh Bread Cubes
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Crushed Sage Leaves
- 1 tsp Crushed Thyme Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Pepper

- 2 2/3 Cups Self-Rising Flour

Mom's Favorite Banana Bread

- 1 Cup of Butter, softened
- 2 Cups of Sugar
- 2 Cups of VERY ripe bananas (about 4 bananas) mashed.
- 4 Eggs, Room Temperature and Well Beaten
- 2 Tsp of Baking Soda
- 2 1/4 Cups of Flour
- Optional ingredients for Bread is Walnuts.

- 1 Box of Cake Mix
- 1/2 C Oil
- 2 Eggs at room temperature
Raspberry Cream With Chocolate Curls

Force Raspberries thru fairly heavy mesh strainer
- 1 Package (10 oz) Frozen raspberries thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 C Heavy Cream
- 10 oz of Semi-Sweet Chocolate cut into curls (use potato peeler)
Ten Minute Tomato Soup

In a large sauce pan, heat tomatoes until boiling
- 2 C of Crushed Canned Tomatoes
- 1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda
- 2 C of Milk
- 2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
Zucchini with Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cut Zucchini lengthwise into 1/4" slices
- 1 1/2 Lbs of Medium Zucchini
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of Butter/Margarine
- Pinch Nutmeg
- Salt
- 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Alfredo Sauce

In a medium sauce pan on medium heat, combine all ingredients together stirring constantly and forming a sauce
- 1/2 C Butter, softened
- 1 Package (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 C Milk
- 1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
Zucchini Parmesan

- 1 Medium Onion thinly sliced
