- 1 1/2 C brown Sugar
- 1 C Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 3 C Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Tsp Allspice
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 C Grated Zucchini (Yellow, Green or both)
- 1/4 - 1/2 C Crytalized Ginger Chopped fine
- 1/2 C Raisins
- 1/2 C Pecans

- 1 Tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/8 Tsp of Salt
- 1/4 Cup and 1 Tbsp of Cocoa
- 3/4 Cup Splenda
- 3/4 Tsp of Baking Soda
- 200 ML of Non-Fat Dry Milk
- Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup of unsweet Applesauce
- 1/2 Cup and 1 Tbsp of Whole Milk
- 1 Egg, Room Temperature
- 1 Egg White, Room Temperature
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Add Dry Mixture to Wet Ingredients (except Zucchini)
- Wet Ingredients:
- 2 C of Zucchini- Grated
- 3 Eggs
- 1 C of Oil
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla
- Dry Ingredients:
- 2 C of Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp of Nutmeg
- 1/4 Tsp of Allspice
- 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
- 3 C of Flour
- 1 Tsp of Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp of Baking Soda
- Add: 1/2 C of Chopped Nuts
- 1/2 C of Raisins
Split Pea Soup

Combine all ingredients, boil, and simmer for one hour and 15 minutes or until Split Peas are soft
- 2 Cups of Split Peas
- 8 Cups of Hot Water
- 1 to 2 lbs of Hambone
- 1 Garlic Clove, grated
- 1 Medium Onion, grated
- 1 Stick of Celery Tops
- 1 Tbsp of Salt

- 4 oz of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
