Sausage/Cheese Balls, Second Recipe

Mom had two recipes for these Sausage/Cheese Balls
- 4 C Bisquick
- 1 pound Hot Sausage
- 10 oz sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
Five Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Add Dry Ingredients to Mug and mix well
- 4 Tbsp of Cake Flour or Plain Flour (Not self rising)
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 3 Tbsp of Oil
- 3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips (Optional)
- A small splash of Vanilla
- 1 Coffee Mug
Bread Pudding

Using Day Old Bread. This is a simple fool proof recipe
- 6 Slices of Pepperidge Farms Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread (prefer Day Old Bread)
- 1/4 Cup of Sugar
- 2 Cups of Regular Milk (Not Fat Free)
- 1/4 Tsp of Nutmeg
- 2 Eggs, Well Beaten and at Room Temperature
Basic Oven Meatballs

Combine ingredients. Shape into 1" balls
- 2 lbs of Ground Beef
- 1 Cup of Fresh Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup of Milk
- 1/4 Cup of Minced Onion
- 2 Eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1/4 tsp of Pepper
Potato Dumplings

Grandmother's Recipe
- 3 lbs of Medium Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup of unsifted Flour
- 1/2 Cup Packaged Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped Freash Parsley
- 2 1/2 tsp of Salt
- Pepper to taste
Buttercream Decorating Icing

Dump 10X Sugar into a large bowl
- 1 C of Crisco, creamed
- 1 Tsp of Butter Extract
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Lb of 10X Sugar
- 3 Tbsp of Canned Milk
Linda's Brownies

- 1 Stick of Butter/Margarine
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 C Flour
- 4 Tbsp Cocoa
- 2 Eggs, room temperature
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla
Parmesan Potato Wedges

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
- 4 Large Baking Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tsp of Garlic Salt
- 1/2 Tsp of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp of Paprika
Creamed Vegetables

Any fresh, canned, or frozen vegetables can be used
- 1/3 Cup Prepared White Sauce (recipe is in Mom's Collection)
- 3 C of Vegetables of your choice
Coleslaw or Potato Salad Dressing

Mix all ingredients and add either cabbage or boiled Potatoes that have been cubed
- 3/4 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of Mustard (good quality)
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Pickle Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
