Blend Cream Cheese and Marmalade
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/4 C Orange Marmalade
- 2 C Frozen Whipped Topping (thawed)
- 2 C (11-15 oz) Del Monte Mandarin Oranges (Well Drained)
- 1 9" ready to use Graham Cracker Crust
Speedy Chicken Marinade

Combine all ingredients and pour over 1 1/2 to 2 lbs of boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Package (7oz) Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 C Soy Sauce
Chili Lentils

- 2 Cups cooked Dried Lentils (1/2 lb; See note below)
- 1 14.5oz Can of Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp of Chilli Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp or Oregano
- 1 lb of Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion minced.
Shrimp Dip

Mix all ingredients well and chill at least one hour
- 1 8oz of Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 Can of Small Shrimp (or fresh cooked shrimp)
- 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of Grated Onion
- 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
- Pinch of Celery Seed
Old Fashion Fruit Cream Pie

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C White Sugar
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1 Pint of Half and Half Cream
- Optional: Walnuts
- 1 9" Pie Crust
Easy Grape Dessert

Wash and prepare Grapes. Mix Sour Cream and Sugar then add grapes
- 2 1/2 lbs Seedless Grapes
- 1 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 3/4 C Light or Dark Brown Sugar
Meatballs in Sweet/Sour Sauce

Combine all ingredients crockpot and add prepared meatballs
- 16 oz Grape Jelly
- 12 oz Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 package of prepared meatballs (in frozen section of grocery store)
Baked Apples

- 4 Apples, Peeled around top and cored
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp of Chopped nuts (your choice)
- 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp of Lite Margarine
- 2 Tbsp of Syrup (your choice)
Bread Pudding

Beat Eggs into Sugar, Milk, and Nutmeg
- 2 Eggs well beaten
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 1/4 tsp of Nutmeg
- 4 Cups of Fresh Bread Cubes
- 1/4 Cup of raisins
Imperial Crab

Pick Backfin Crab Meat to check for bones
- 1 lb of Backfin Crab Meat
- 2 Eggs WELL beaten (Save out 2 Tbsp)
- 4 Tbsp of Mayonnaise plus 1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp of Chop Onion
- 1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp of Minced Parsley
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 Green Pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- Salt and Red Pepper to taste
