- 1 tsp of Beef Bouillon
- 1/2 Cup of Hot Water
- 2 1/4 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup of nonfat Milk
- 1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 3 1/4 oz of Bacon Bits
- 1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
Barbecue Sauce

Saute Onions and "Fat" Add mixture to remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped Onions
- 1 Tbsp of "Fat"
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 2 Tbsp of Vinegar (Optional)
- 2 Tbsp of A-1 Sauce
- 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup of Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 1/4 tsp Peprika
- 1 tsp of Pepper
- 1 tsp of Mustard
Tomato Pie

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fill baked pie shell with alternating layers of Tomatoes and Onions
- 9 " Deep Dish Baked Pie Shell
- 2 to 3 Large Tomatoes thickly sliced and drained
- 2 to 3 Green Onions Chopped
- Salt, Pepper, and Fresh Basil
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 1 C Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

- 1 (8.5-ounce) jar sun-dried tomatoes packed in oive oil
- 2 garlic doves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Potato Pancakes

- 3 Cups of Cubed Raw Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup of Flour
- 1 Small Onion, Quartered
- 1 tsp of Salt

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups whole milk, room temperature
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, room temperature
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 ounces linguine
- 3/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup dried Italian-style breadcrumbs
