- 2 C of Shredded Sharp Cheese

- 1/2 C Butter softened
- 3 Tbsp Onion Flakes

- 1 Can of Mushroom Soup (or Cream of Chicken Soup)
- 1/3 Cup of Milk
- 1 tsp of Soy Sauce
- Dash Pepper
- 1 Can (3 1/2oz) of French Fried Onions (French's preferred)
- 2 Cans (14.5oz) of Green Beans (or 3 Cups of Fresh Cooked Green Beans)
Welsh Cakes

Recipe from Ann Jenkins, Harrogate, England
- 4 C of Self-Rising Flour
- 1 C Sugar
- 3 Tsp of Spice Mix
- 2 Tbsp of Lard (can substitute Shortening)
- 2 Tbsp of Butter or Margarine
- 1 C of Currants
- 2 Eggs (Room Temperature)
- 1/4 About 1/4 C of Milk
Honey Mustard Kebobs

Cut chicken, Squash, and Peppers into 1" pieces
- Sauce Mixture:
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken parts
- 4 Small Zucchini
- 4 Small yellow Squash
- 4 Medium Sweet Red Peppers
- 4 oz Small Fresh Mushrooms
- 3/4 C Honey
- 1/2 C Prepared Mustard
- 1/4 C Water
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
Crab Cakes

In medium bowl, combine Eggs, Bread Crumbs, "Real Lemon" Juice, Green Onions, and Mustard
- Two Eggs, Beaten and Room Temperature
- 1/2 Cup Plain Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup of "Real Lemon" Juice from concentrate
- 1/4 Cup Finely Slice Green Onions
- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 lb of Back Fin or Lump Crab meat(You can substitute Imitation Crab that has been flaked)
- Additional Bread Crumbs for coating
Make-Ahead Breakfast Bake

The night before prepare the following: Crumble Sausage in a medium skillet
- 1 lb of Sausage
- 2 Slices of Fresh Bread cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 Cup of Shredded Sharp Chedder Cheese
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 1/2 tsp of Dry Mustard
- 6 Eggs
- Butter for coating bake pan

- 1 1/2 C of Coconut
- 2/3 C Condensed Milk
- Dash of Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 Tsp almond Extract
U.S. Senate Bean Soup

Wash the navy beans and run hot water through them until they are slightly whitened
- 2 Tbsp of Butter
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 1/2 lbs of Smoked Ham Hocks
- 1 lb package of Dried Navy Beans
- 3 Stalks Celery (Leaves too), Chopped
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
- 3 Qts of Water
Paper Thin Cornbread

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
- 3/4 Cup of Yellow Corn Meal
- 1 Cup of Boiling Water
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp of Melted Butter
Cocoa Frosting

Combine all ingredients and mix/beat until fluffy
- 1/2 C of soft Butter
- 4 C of sifted 10X Sugar
- 1/2 C of Cocoa
- 1/2 C Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
