Ingredients
- 2 lbs of Swiss Chard
- 2 Garlic Cloves cut up
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Celery Seed
- 1/8 tsp Coarse Ground Pepper
- 1 Tbsp of Capers

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Swiss Chard into small pieces by cutting stalks into 1" pieces.
Put Swiss Chard into large saucepan, add 1" of water, cover, and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until leaves are tender.
Drain and set Swiss Chard aside.
Add Oil to saucepan and saute Garlic, remove from heat, discard Garlic.
Add Swiss Chard, Tomatoes, Salt, and Pepper to skillet, Cover, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and add Capers.
