- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 pound beef tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Cheddar Onion Drop Biscuits

"These tasty biscuits have a savory Cheddar and onion flavor
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or seasoned salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion or fresh chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup 1% buttermilk--may have to use an extra Tablespoon
- Can brush with melted garlic butter once out of the oven.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Pinch of dry mustard
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 to 6 tart apples, peeled, cored, and diced (2 cups)
- 1 to 2 cups finely diced inner ribs celery (white part only), leaves reserved
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 bunches tender greens, such as arugula, baby kale, or pepper cress, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 1 cup cashews/pecans/almonds--always toast & increase amount
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries--increase amount
