  • 1 medium Carrot (diced)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Molasses
  • 3 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Coffee Barbecue Sauce
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano (chopped)
  • For the Coffee Barbecue Sauce:
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Coriander Seeds (toasted)
  • 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 cup Strong Coffee
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chipotle Powder
