  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick,or tenderloin marinated first
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts/cashews
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 3 limes--some in the sauce--some out--for garnish
  • (Marinade: Olive oil/sesame oil,garlic,cumin,ginger,cayenne)
  • Suggest doubling the sauce. May want to serve over rice.

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour & or corn starch-dissolve in stock 1st.
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard & Worcestershire
  • 2 (12 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained-add with beef or FRESH
  • 1/3 cup sour cream & 1/3 C. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup white wine can omit if marinated before splash of Sherry @ end
