- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried basil--use fresh
- 1 cup heavy cream--cut with sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 --1 C cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 C sauteed mushrooms & peas
- 1/2 C diced tomatoes at the end (optional)
- Double or triple the sauce
