- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 peppermint candy canes, crushed

- 1-2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder, divided--use granulated garlic
- 1 cup bread crumbs/seasoned
- 1/2-1 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 pounds sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4-1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1-2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1-2 Cups grated Mozz 5-7 minutes before done
- Double the butter and lemon juice
