- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 Limes (Juiced)
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Wing Sauce:
- 1/2 Cup Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Honey (or more if desired)
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Lime Zest
- 1/2 Tsp Salt

Pastitsio-Greek Lasagna

- To Top:
- 1 pound Mustacholi or Penne
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup Parmesan or Kasseri cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- For the Meat Sauce:
- Olive oil
- 1 or about 4 cup medium Eggplant (medium diced)
