- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2/3 cup dry-roasted cashews
- 2 green onions, sliced
Lemon Chicken with Butternut Squash

- 1 3/4 to 2 lbs cubed, peeled butternut squash
- 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped, divided
- 4 (6 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts*
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Fire Roasted Tomato Grilled Cheese

Za'atar Chicken & Bulgur with Yogurt Sauce & Pita Chips

1. Preheat oven to 450. Heat medium pot of salted water to boiling on high
- 1 1/4 lbs sliced chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 mandarin
- 1 small bunch cilantro (optional)
- 1 small bunch mint (optional)
- 4 pocketless pitas
- 1 1/3 cups Bulgur wheat
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp golden raisins
- 1 shallot
- 3 Tbsp roasted almonds
- 2 Tbsp Za'atar seasoning blend

1) Remove any excess fat from chicken
- 3-3 1/2 lb stewing chicken, cut up
- 4 celery stalk tops
- 1 medium carrot, sliced (1/2 cup)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 sprigs parlsey, chopped

- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 5 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk

- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 lb green beans
- 2 Tbsp teriyaki baste & glaze (from 12 oz bottle)
- 1 Tbsp margarine or butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 cup drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar), cut into strips
- 1/2 cup cashew pieces
