Peachy Yogurt Cooler

1) In blender, place milk, yogurt & peach
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 6 oz Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free Harvest Peach yogurt
- 1 medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted & cut up
- Ground Nutmeg
Meat Loaf (Betty Crocker)

1) Heat oven to 350. 2) Mix all ingredients except ketchup
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp dried sage leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (or 1/8 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 large egg
- 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces (1/2 cup dry bread crumbs or 3/4 cup quick cooking oats and can substituted)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup ketchup, chili sauce or BBQ sauce
Strawberry Peach Frose

1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
- 2 cups frozen peaches (10 oz.)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (10 oz.)
- 6oz white rum (3/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 bottle rose (750 ml)
- 1–2 cup ice
Chicken and Penne in Cream

1. Boil a large pot of salted water for the penne
- 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 pound penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken

- In your slow cooker, layer all ingredients in order except the sugar (you'll add that at the end)
- 3-4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 1 pound chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (28 oz) can Fire Roasted Tomatoes (not Rotel! The can actually says Fire Roasted Tomatoes.)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- lots of salt and pepper
- 2 heaping tablespoons sugar
Gourmet Stuffed Burgers

1) Prepare grill. 2) Crumble un-cooked ground beef in medium bowl
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 slices american cheese
- Real Bacon Bits (4 strips worth)
- 6 hamburger buns or onion rolls, split
- Optional toppings: lettuce, sliced onion, tomato, pickles, mustard
Creamy Cucumber & Dill Salad

1. Toss cucumber and 1/2 tsp salt into colander set over a large bowl
- 4 cups seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced (~1 lb)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup yogurt cheese
- 2 Tbsp rice-wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh dill
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup red onions, thinly sliced
Cheeseburger Stuffed Calzones

1) Preheat oven to 400. 2) Unroll one pkg of bread dough onto round stone
- 2 pkgs (11 oz each) refrigerated French bread dough, divided
- 7 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 dill pickle slices, diced
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 lb lean ground beef, cooked, crumbled & drained
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fudge

1) Bring sugar, condensed milk, butter, & bitter chocolate to a rolling boil
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 can (12 oz) Carnation evaporated milk
- 1/4 lb butter or margarine
- 1 oz bitter-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 18 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff
Moscato Strawberry Lemonade

Mix all ingredients in large pitcher and enjoy
- 1 bottle pink moscato
- 6 cups lemonade
- 1/4 cup strawberry vodka
- frozen strawberries
- fresh lemon, sliced
