Sesame Broccoli

1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and garlic oil, mix well
- 1 good-sized bunch of fresh broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Maruso® Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic EVOO
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Quick Chicken Stir Fry

1. If you're using rice, make sure it's already prepared
- For the sauce:
- 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- any variety of veggies you like
- 1 (5 oz) bottle of soy sauce, divided
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Prepared white or brown rice for serving.
- the juice of one orange (about 1/2 a cup)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Dill Oyster Crackers

1. Combine ingredients (except crackers) in a medium bowl
- 1 package oyster crackers
- 1 package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing powdered mix
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/3 c. Dill EVOO, warmed
Apricot Sweet & Sour Meatballs

1) In 2-qt saucepan, mix preserves, hoisin sauce, vinegar, & ground red pepper
- 45 frozen packaged meatballs, thawed
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper (double for extra punch)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
Guacamole

- In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
- 2 avocados, pits removed
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- lots of salt (I love Kosher or Sea Salts the best!)
Slow Cooker Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta

- In slow cooker, add in chicken, stock, packet of dry seasoning mix, onion, tomato soup and diced tomatoes
- 1 pound of uncooked chicken breasts (frozen or defrosted)
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 1 (1 oz) packet of dried Italian dressing mix
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz) can of tomato soup
- 1 (14 oz) can of diced tomatoes
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- about half a pound of dry pasta, cooked
- Grated Parmesan cheese to garnish
- Fresh basil to garnish
Butter Garlic Pretzels

1) Preheat oven to 200. 2) Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 oz Hidden Valley ranch powder
- 1 bottle (16 oz) Orville Redenbacher popcorn oil
- 30 oz small pretzels
Slow Cooker Sweet Corn Chili

- In a large pot/pan over medium-high heat, brown your ground beef in a drizzle of EVOO
- 1 pound of ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 (6 oz) can of tomato paste
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can of creamed corn
- 1 (14 oz) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Salt and Pepper
- Sour cream and/or shredded cheese to garnish, optional
Red-Wine-Braised Lentils and Kale

1. In small high-sided pan, heat olive oil
- 1 medium carrot, peeled & diced (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 medium onion, peeled & diced (1/4 cup)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and left whole
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup lentils
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1 sprig fresh thyme (1/2 tsp)
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 bunch kale, washed and stems & tough leaf ribs removed, torn into random-sized pieces (5 cups)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp sweet butter
Grilled Vegetables Marinade

1) Combine all ingredients in small bowl
- 1/4 cup olive oil
