Saucy Beef and Broccoli

When I want hearty flavor fast, I know it's time for my beef and broccoli stir-fry
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tsp vegetable oil, divided
- 3/4 lb beef tips, cut into strips
- 3 cups broccoli florets, boiled first for 4 minutes
- 6 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces

This is one of those old-school recipes you seldom see anymore but you should
- 12 ounce dried jumbo pasta shells
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
- 2- 20 ounce cans peeled San Marzano tomatoes or whole tomatoes
- 1-15 ounce carton whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 1/3 cups grated Or finally shredded Parmesan reggianocheese
Baked Manicotti with Meat Sauce

1. Grind Meat- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and heat oven to 375 degrees

- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 ounces sliced deli pepperoni
- 1 pound 85 percent lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon tomatoe paste
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 (28-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes

- 3 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten

- 1/2 cup shredded fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
