Kimberly's Squash Patties
By calypan
Combine flour, sugar, salt, sour cream, egg and oil; blend until smooth
- 1-1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 T. oil
- 4 cups grated squash (about 6 medium)
- 1 medium onion, grated
- pepper to taste
Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
K's Easy Yummy Southern Corn Cakes

Combine all ingredients; mix just until moistened
- 1 (8-1/2 oz.) pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix and enough Self-Rising Cornmeal Mix (any brand you like) to measure 2-1/4 cups together
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 ⁄3 cup sweet onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup buttermilk

K's Chicken Divan

Preheat oven to 350. Place cooked broccoli in bottom of greased baking dish
- 3-4 cups cut-up, cooked chicken
- 12-16 oz fresh broccoli, cooked al dente & drained
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

- 1 pkg Pioneer Country Gravy
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1-2 cups Milk
- 1-2 T. Better Than Bouillon Turkey Base
Fabulous Remoulade Sauce

Mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, mustard, olive oil, hot sauce, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- Several shakes of Creole Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3-4 teaspoons Louisiana-style hot sauce, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced celery
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. capers, chopped (optional)
