Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 T. oil
- 4 cups grated squash (about 6 medium)
- 1 medium onion, grated
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, salt, sour cream, egg and oil; blend until smooth.
Stir in squash and onion, then pepper.
Drop by tablespoons into hot greased skillet. Cook until brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
