So wonderful .. my new favorite beef stew!

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, preferably chuck, cut into chun ka
  • 5 carrots , sliced
  • 3-4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3 large Yukon potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 can low fat mushroom soup
  • 1 can low fat golden mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of red wine
  • 1 soup can of beef broth
  • 1 pkg McCormick’s Beef Stew Seasoning Mix

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded ( I use a store bought rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
