  • 1 ⁄4 cup sliced scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
  • WHISK:
  • 2 Tbsp. each fresh lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
