Bread Pudding

Combine all ingredients. Mixture should be very moist but not soupy - little pooling of milk around the edges
- 10 ounce stale french bread or 6-8 cups any; bread
- 4 cup milk
- 2 cup sugar
- 8 tablespoon Butter; melted
- 3 egg
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup raisin
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecan nuts; chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg - little less than one teaspoon
Lynn's Corn Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8 inch square baking pan
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
