Baked Reuben Dip

In a large bowl, mix the first six igredients; stir in caraway seeds, if desired
- 1 jar (32 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 10 oz. sliced deli corned beef, chopped
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Russian salad dressing
- 1 tsp. caraway seeeds, optional
- Rye crackers
Luscious Baked Chocolate Cheese Cake

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1-1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 - 8 ozs. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1-14 oz. can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 -pks (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips. melted
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Ice Cream Cookie Dessert

In a bowl, combine 3-3/4 cups cookie crumbs and butter
- 1 package (18 ounces) cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, divided (Oreos)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 jar (16 ounces) hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
Shepherd's Pie (Mini)

In a large skillet, cook beef, onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chili sauce or ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1-1/4 cups mashed potato flakes
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
Quick Potato Corn Chowder

1. In a large saucepan, cook and stir onion in oil over medium heat until tender
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
- 3 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup 2% mlk, divided
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Minced fresh parsley
Popcorn, White Chocolate

1. Place popcorn in a large bowl, discarding unpopped kernels
- 1 (3.3-oz.) bag butter-flavored microwave popcorn, popped
- 1 cup salted mixed nuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 (12 oz.) package white chocolate morsels
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Peasant Dip

Mix well. Cut off top of bread
- 1-1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1-1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dill weed
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 round loaf rye bread (light Bohemian)
Chicken in Basil Cream

Place milk and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Monkey Bread

Butter bundt pan. Place rolls in pan
- 24 sm. frozen dinner rolls
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 pkg. (1/3 c.) butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1/4 c. cinn/sugar mixture (1 Tblsp. cinn.)
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup
Cranberry Appetizer Meatballs

- Sauce:
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 can (16 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. prepared mustard
- 1 T. lemon juice
